RULES: Before taking possession of the lodgings the tenanthas to provide documents, settle the balance of the sum agreed upon in full, declaring how many people are staying and who they are (the number must not exceed the number of beds including children ages 3 and up). Subletting and extra guests are forbidden.

 LODGINGS: Lodgings can be entered between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be left free by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Arrivals and departures outside these times must be agreed beforehand. If the tenant does not occupy the lodgings booked by 6 p.m. of the day following the established date of arrival, and if he did not give prompt notice to that effect, he shall be considered as having renounced his lodgings and Management shall be free to keep the deposit and rent the lodgings to someone else. In the event of a delayed arrival or anticipated departure no reimbursement is due.

 BOOKING: The booking is considered final only after the acceptance of a deposit, equal to 30% of the total amount agreed upon for the whole period of your stay. Arrivals and departures are on Saturdays.

 ATTENTION: The lodgings cannot be rented for less than 7 days at a time. Rules of the Residence must be abided by and all noise is forbidden from 1 p.m. To 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. The tenant must take care to use the premises properly and shall be held responsible for any breakages or losses that can be attributed to him; any failures or damages must, in all cases, be reported to the Management.

 CANCELLATIONS: If the booking is cancelled by the customer at least 30 days prior to the start of his stay then Management shall return 50% of the deposit. In all cases, cancellations communicated before the start of the stay shall free the customer from any liability, except the loss of the deposit.
