Every flat is composed from:the kitchen,the living room,the bathroom with the shower, 2 bedrooms ,one double and one with three beds.There are different types of flats to satisfy different needs;some flats on the ground floor have a wide private garden.
The flats of the Residence are in Sottomarina, it can be an important point of departure for reaching differents historical towns in all Venetia:Venice reachable both through the sea by public or private boat,also organizing trips to the islands of Venice:Murano,Burano,Torcello or by car or by bus to Padova,Treviso,Ferrara,...
