The Nova Marina Residence is comfortable, practical and convenient to all services: supermarket, bakery, fishmonger’s and newsagent’s are just a few hundred metres away and can also be reached by our bicycles, which are always free of charge for the first hour of use.

Apartments
The Nova Marina Residence flats have all the comforts to give your family a truly relaxing holiday. Spacious and air-conditioned, they are all three-room apartments measuring 40 square metres with two bedrooms, a kitchenette complete with crockery and pots and pans, and a bathroom with toilet and shower cubicle. Equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, they are also supplied with bed linen and towels. Each flat will be assigned its own private parking space.
Among the different typologies there is the one with a garden to be able to relax in the open air even when you are not at the beach, the Comfort one with a lift suitable especially for families with small children, and the one facing the sea for the most romantic!
Info and reservations
The apartments are situated 200 meters from the sea. Our private beach can be reached through an avenue entirely within the private property of Residence Nova Marina. The residence is located in a quiet area, even if we are close to Lungomare Adriatico.
Customers can access the Residence using a special key provided at the check-in, which allows to open the bar at the entrance. For any need the reception is open every day from 8 am to 20 pm (from May to September). If you need to get some food, the nearest mini-market is only 300 meters walk.
