Our Residence is located on the seafront in Sottomarina in a quiet position surrounded by greenery, 900 metres from the start of the prestigious Adriatic seafront promenade.
The flats are 200 metres from the sea and can be reached along the avenue that is entirely within the Residence’s private area.

Here you have the opportunity to fully breathe in air rich in iodine, oxygen and nitrogen in one of the most prestigoius destination of the Adriatic Riviera.
Sea breeze and sunlight are surely regenerating, but our sand could be a real panacea for those who suffer from osteoarthritis, chronic rheumatism and osteoporosis. Morevoer, the high salt concentration of the seawater offers various benefits to the body.
Considered a minor sister of Venice, Chioggia is a pearl in the Lagoon that deserve to be discovered. The historical town is a charming place, characterized by picturesque canals “colored” by fishing little boats. Inhabitants (called “chioggiotti”) and their particular dialect also contribute to the atmosphere.
What is the best day of the week for visiting Chioggia? Surely on Thursdays, when the weekly market is on stage! “El zioba” is one of the largest markets of Veneto region.
